1. Overview

These Terms govern access to and use of Nexus Analysis, a scientific measurement analysis service for converting measurement files into charts, summaries, exports, and analysis outputs.

These Terms are written for international users who are not using the Korean or EEA/UK regional terms. If a mandatory consumer law in your country gives you additional rights, those rights still apply.

By using the service, creating an account, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or subscribe to a paid plan. You may use the service only if you can form a legally binding agreement and comply with applicable law.

3. Accounts and Security

Users may sign in with email/password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@nexus-analyzer.com.

4. Service Features

Nexus Analysis may provide:

Some features may require sign-in or a paid subscription. Features described as future, preview, or internal are not part of the paid offer unless they are shown as included at checkout.

5. Plans and Subscriptions

Nexus Analysis may offer Guest, Free, and Light plans.

PlanSummary
GuestBasic graph access without an account, limited sample conversion, limited downloads
FreeSigned-in multi-sample analysis, basic data exports, limited advanced analysis previews

Before charging you, we will disclose the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, and refund policy.

6. Promotions

We may provide free trials, discounts, promotion codes, or limited-time access to specific plan benefits.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed by the payment processor or merchant of record shown at checkout.

Payment processors handle payment credentials, card details, receipts, taxes, and payment support according to the checkout terms. Nexus Analysis does not directly store full card numbers.

Taxes may be calculated by the payment processor or merchant of record based on the billing information and law applicable to the transaction.

8. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

Before purchase, the checkout flow should disclose:

You may cancel renewal through the account or billing flow once subscription management is available, through the buyer-support link provided by the payment processor, or by contacting support@nexus-analyzer.com.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy, the payment processor's rules, and applicable law.

Unless required by law or approved under the Refund Policy, fees already charged for a billing period may be non-refundable after service access begins.

10. User Data and Uploaded Files

You retain rights to files and data you upload. You grant Nexus Analysis the limited right to process uploaded files, normalized records, metadata, and results only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You must not upload data that:

Nexus Analysis may store normalized analysis records and workspace metadata when saved workspace features are enabled and used.

11. Scientific and Research Disclaimer

Nexus Analysis provides computational tools and visual outputs. We do not guarantee that analysis results are scientifically correct, complete, publication-ready, or suitable for any specific research, business, regulatory, or manufacturing purpose.

You are responsible for verifying results, experimental assumptions, file quality, parameter choices, exports, and final conclusions.

12. Acceptable Use

You must not:

13. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, maintenance, legal, or product reasons. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid users.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risks, fail to pay fees, or use the service unlawfully.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.

15. Intellectual Property

Nexus Analysis and its software, design, documentation, and service content are owned by the operator or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to users.

You retain ownership of your uploaded data, subject to the limited processing rights needed to provide the service.

16. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular scientific or commercial outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexus Analysis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, research outcomes, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

18. Governing Law and Mandatory Local Rights

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator and transaction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires a different rule.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes non-waivable rights provided by your local law.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the service, subscription model, payment flow, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service or other appropriate means.
