    업로드한 Hall 리포트에서 샘플 정보, 측정 조건, Hall 계수, 저항값을 확인합니다.

    Hall Report 값은 파싱된 report field와 측정 조건에 의존합니다. 시료 비교 전에 carrier type, 단위, 조건 metadata를 확인하세요.

  • Metric Graph

    Mobility, Resistivity, Carrier Density, Rs 중 표시할 지표를 선택해 업로드한 샘플들을 그래프로 비교합니다.

    Metric Graph 비교는 선택된 parsed metric을 사용합니다. 시료 간 경향을 해석하기 전에 단위 일관성과 sample label을 확인하세요.

  • Summary Table

    캐리어 타입, 이동도, 저항률, Hall 계수, 캐리어 농도, 시트 저항을 표와 CSV 결과로 검토합니다.

    Summary Table 값은 report에서 파싱된 결과입니다. 보고용으로 내보내기 전에 carrier sign, sheet resistance, source metadata를 확인하세요.
