  • Payment and access period

    One-time checkout can be handled as 1/3/6/12 month fixed-duration access and does not auto-renew. Card recurring checkout remains separate until recurring support is confirmed.

  • Cancellation and refunds

    Fixed passes have no next automatic charge to cancel. Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy and actual usage history.

  • Payment processing

    Payment method, receipt, tax, and card handling details are shown in the checkout screen. Nexus Analysis does not store full card numbers.

  • Who is Nexus Analysis for?

    Researchers, students, and technical teams who need to turn scientific measurement files into graphs, summary tables, and analysis-ready exports.

  • What file workflows are supported?

    The workspace includes public tools for XRD, Raman, EQE, PL, UV-Vis, I-V, Hall, C-V/DLCP, EIS, battery workflows, XPS, UPS, and related scientific measurement analysis.

  • Do I need to cancel a pass?

    No automatic renewal is attached to a fixed pass, so there is no next recurring charge to cancel. Contact support for refund or access issues.

  • How do refunds work?

    Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy, including first-purchase requests, billing errors, duplicate charges, access issues, and applicable consumer rights.
