Upload a measurement file, get the graph and the evidence.

See plans
  1. Upload the file

Drag in the file your instrument exported.

  2. Format recognised

The format is read and the matching tool opens.

  3. Spectrum

The measured curve draws on a grid.

  4. Fitted components

Component peaks fill in and the result values appear.

  5. Evidence panel

Raw points, components and residual sit beside the result.

  6. Export

Save the checked result as a figure and a data file.

Drop a file and Nexus Analysis recognises its format and opens the matching tool. The spectrum draws on a grid and the fitted components fill in one by one. Next to the result values sits an evidence panel with the raw points, components and residual behind them. You export the checked result as a figure and a data file.

Diode ideality factor n1.48

  1. One result value is only the start.
  2. The dark current-voltage curve goes on a log scale.
  3. The slope of the low-voltage region gives the shunt resistance Rsh.
  4. The slope and intercept of the exponential region give the ideality factor n and the saturation current J0.
  5. How far the curve bends at high voltage is the series resistance Rs.
  6. The model curve drawn from the four values, and its residual, show the fit.

We build browser-based workspaces that turn measurement files into reviewable graphs, calculated values, fitting evidence, and analysis-ready outputs.

Three things work differently

  1. Upload, and it recognises

Reads the format your instrument exported and opens the matching tool.

    • File contents and headers score how well each measurement type matches.
    • A clear match opens straight away; an unclear one shows the candidates for you to choose.
  2. The evidence sits beside it

Raw points, fit conditions and residual sit next to every result value.

    • Fit range, background and residual are right beside the result.
    • The checked result exports as a figure and a data file together.
  3. Any table to a paper figure

Pick columns from a prepared table and turn them into a publication graph.

    • Pick the X and Y columns and their units in your table to draw the graph.
    • Save table layouts you use often and reuse them next time.

Four promises about your research data

  • Temporary use

Files are read and graphed in your browser. For analyses calculated on the server, after you sign in we send the measured values and the calculation settings, not the original file, and the server does not store the measured values in a database.

  • Explicit save

Saving a format and downloading results run only when you press the button; nothing is saved automatically.

  • Open evidence

The analysis screen shows the measured curve, the settings used for the calculation and the fit results together in the same workspace.

  • No training

We do not train AI models on the measurement data you upload. A file you consent to send for new-format analysis is passed once to an external AI provider, which may keep it for up to 30 days.
